About Bri
A lifelong curiosity about consciousness.
I've always been fascinated by the strange, beautiful question underneath so many other questions: What are we, really?
What is consciousness? Why are we here? And what might we discover if we become a little more curious about the nature of our existence?
My interest in consciousness grew from a feeling that our inner lives are far richer than the narrow stories we are sometimes given about what it means to be human. I'm drawn to the places where wonder meets careful questioning: experiences that challenge our assumptions, spiritual traditions that invite direct experience, and ideas about consciousness that leave room for mystery without asking us to abandon discernment.
One possibility that continues to fascinate me is that consciousness may not simply be something our brains produce, but something more fundamental to reality itself. I find myself drawn to the idea that our experience of being alive, our capacity to love, and our sense of connection to something greater may be part of a much deeper mystery than we ordinarily perceive.
I don't believe we need to have all the answers to explore these questions meaningfully. For me, the most interesting place is where open-hearted wonder and honest inquiry meet — where we can remain receptive to extraordinary possibilities while staying grounded in our own experience.
Over time, that curiosity became something more personal: a desire to create the kind of space where others can slow down, listen inward, and explore questions they may not have anywhere else to ask.
A space to remember, discover, and reconnect.
I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers. I see myself as a companion in the exploration.
I believe there is something deeply empowering about discovering your own insights rather than being told what to think, believe, or feel. So much of life encourages us to look outside ourselves for answers. This work offers an opportunity to turn inward and explore what becomes possible when we give ourselves the time, space, and permission to listen.
During a QHHT session, I guide you through a process of deep relaxation and inner exploration. I ask questions, offer gentle guidance, and help you follow the experiences and information that arise. I bring my curiosity, presence, and support, but your experience belongs to you.
I won't ask you to adopt my beliefs or tell you what your experiences must mean. My intention is to help you feel safe enough to explore freely, trust your own discernment, and discover what feels meaningful to you.
I believe we each have an inner world worthy of listening to, and that sometimes the most meaningful discoveries happen when we feel free to explore it without judgment or expectation.
Why QHHT?
QHHT feels like a natural meeting point for the things I care about most: consciousness, meaning, healing, wonder, and self-discovery.
I'm fascinated by the possibility that there is more to our existence than we ordinarily perceive, and by the potential we may discover when we explore the depths of our own consciousness.
QHHT offers an opportunity to engage with these questions through personal experience. It invites us to explore the stories, impressions, memories, and insights that emerge when we turn our attention inward, and to consider how they might illuminate our lives.
Whether you come with questions about your purpose, a desire to understand a recurring pattern, curiosity about past-life experiences, or simply a feeling that there is something within you waiting to be explored, you are welcome here.
You don't need to arrive with a particular belief system or have everything figured out. You don't even need to know exactly what you're looking for. You only need a willingness to be curious about what you might discover.
My hope is that this experience helps you feel more connected to yourself, more open to the mystery of being alive, and more empowered to move forward with greater understanding, compassion, and trust in your own journey.
At the heart of my personal spirituality is a belief that, beneath our differences and the stories that make us feel separate, we are connected beings of love. I believe our minds, our beliefs, and the meanings we give our experiences are profoundly powerful, shaping how we understand ourselves and meet the world.
I also carry a deep personal belief in our inner capacity to heal and transform — emotionally, spiritually, and in the ways we relate to physical challenges. I hold this as a guiding belief and hope, not a promise of a particular outcome or a substitute for medical care. It is part of the heart I bring to this work, and to everything I do: a trust in the possibility of change, the wisdom of looking inward, and the love that connects us.
For me, this work is one small way of contributing to a world in which we meet ourselves and one another with greater compassion, curiosity, freedom, and love.
With warmth,
Bri
